Our experience with Dr. Jyoti Kankanala has been truly wonderful. My 1st pregnancy was high risk, full of multiple complications and Jyoti ma’am was very supportive throughout the journey. She helped us stay positive and pro-actively course corrected the treatment as complications evolved. At times one might feel that one has to probe her to get more info., but now we realise it’s for our own good. She’ll upfront tell whatever is necessary for the patient to know and divulge more details as and when required. In hindsight, we feel it helped us to be less anxious. I visited Dr Jyoti around 3rd month of my pregnancy. I had critical issue with my disc and my earlier gynecologist asked me to abort and said I will face severe back pain even if I try again. After meeting with Dr Jyoti first time gave me the confidence to continue with my pregnancy. There were multiple complications my water level was low, baby was breech, my sugar was also high. I did everything she asked me , throughout the process she was very positive and made me calm . I got admitted around 32 nd week but she was able to control the contractions and gave me steroids for baby’s lungs development.
